Case Screening Technician

Information Discovery Services has an opening for a Case Screening Technician. This position is committed to National Security. The primary role is to review sensitive data and materials, ensuring guidelines are met. All positions will have training in the Boyers, PA facility. THIS IS A SPLIT HYBRID POSITION WITH SEVERAL REQUIRED DAYS WORKING AT THE IRON MOUNTAIN MINE IN BOYERS, PA, AND A POTENTIAL FOR SOME DAYS TO WORK AT HOME. Responsibilities include:
- Act as a point of contact for field investigators and customers via phone or computer.
- Conduct database searches.
- Review various types of records to ensure compliance and schedule necessary actions based on guidelines.
- Work independently while following provided guidelines and instructions.
- Develop and maintain good rapport with customers and team members.
Requirements include:
- Applicants must be U.S. Citizens and able to pass a background investigation and pre-employment drug screening. Experience on a federal contract that included employment background investigations is preferred. These positions work on a federal contract.
